Mumbai: Bizman gets 3 yrs’ RI for molesting girl

Observing that women have a sixth sense and know the difference between intentional acts and a mistake, a special Pocso court convicted and sentenced a 28-year-old businessman to three years’ rigorous imprisonment for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl outside a grocery shop in 2019. The accused had touched the child’s cheeks and chest.
