Forced to reply to Param Bir Singh’s messages: ACP

ACP Sanjay Patil, in his confession before a magistrate which is now part of the chargesheet in the extortion case against IPS officer Param Bir Singh, has claimed he was forced by the former police commissioner to reply to his WhatsApp messages, a reply which was cited to substantiate corruption allegations against former home minister Anil Deshkmukh.
