Several metal drain covers stolen from Vashi

Alert citizens and activists have notified the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) and also local police about alarming thefts of the metal covers of storm water drains from various parts of Vashi node. The activists have indicated that the stolen drain covers are possibly sold as scrap metal by the unknown culprits.
