Udaipur tailor sent cops SOS, but they failed to gauge gravity of plea

Kanhaiya Lal had on June 15 filed a report with the Udaipur police that he had been receiving threats, but police did not understand the gravity of the matter and instead brokered an agreement between the two parties.
