BMW with VIP plates & MoD sticker kills cyclist

A 50-year-old cycling enthusiast on a Sunday morning ride was crushed to death at Mahipalpur flyover on Delhi-Gurgaon expressway by a speeding BMW that lost control after a tyre-burst, police said.
