Uttarakhand forest guard linked to killing of tigress transferred

Two days after the forest department's botched "rescue operation" caused a tigress, which had strayed into Almora on Monday, to bleed to death, the National Tiger Conservation Authority has sought a "written, factual report" on the incident.
