Five held for death of 90 dogs in Buldhana

Buldhana district police arrested five persons involved with the recent mysterious deaths of over 90 dogs, whose bodies were dumped in a forest. The accused confessed they were "relocating" the dogs on orders from Bhokardan Municipal Council, in Jalna district.
