FIR against Panvel circus for using animals

An FIR has been filed against a Panvelbased circus for illegally using animals like camels, dogs, horses and emus for performance. On Monday, on a complaint from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals India and Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI) officer Sunish Subramanian regarding cruelty to animals used by Great Bharat Circus, Kamothe police in Navi Mumbai filed the FIR.
