‘Mumbai’s air most toxic in Maharashtra’

Mumbai has the most toxic air in the state and 37th in the country. The concentration of the deadly particulate matter 10 (PM10) is eight times the World Health Organization’s safe standards and more than twice the country’s national ambient air quality standards, reveals the latest study by Greenpeace.
