'Shabana Azmi's car was at 96kmph at mishap time'

A deputy RTO (Panvel) report has indicted actor Shabana Azmi's driver, who has not yet shown up at Khalapur police station after the E-way mishap, while police said the last speedometer reading of the car at the time of the accident was 96kmph.
