No interim relief for doctor in retirement case

The Bombay high court did not grant interim relief to Dr Nishigandha Naik against her retirement as in-charge director of Haffkine Institute for Training and Research and Testing due on January 31, stating that it would be subject to the outcome of a petition she filed challenging it.
