Mumbai records 2,000 Covid-19 cases in 6 days

With the addition of 268 cases, the third highest single-day count so far, Maharashtra breached the 3,000 mark to reach 3,202 on Thursday. Mumbai added 177 cases, also its third-highest count for a day, taking the total cases in the city to 2,073.
