Mum: Man chases phone robber, ends up losing bag

A 35-year-old commuter who had hopped off a local train to chase a mobile thief not only injured himself but also left behind his backpack on the seat. Three days after the incident, the GRP tracked down the mobile thief and arrested him on Friday.
