Mumbai: Ex-Sena MP plea for pre-arrest bail rejected

The Bombay high court on Friday observed presence of former Shiv Sena MP Anandrao Adsul would be needed for custodial interrogation and rejected his plea for anticipatory bail in a money laundering case. Justice Nitin Sambre heard his counsel Ashok Mundergi with advocate Subodh Desai and ED counsel ASG Anil Singh before rejecting his plea.
